How do I choose my size?
Excellent question. We find those old-school traditional sizing grids completely confusing – so we’re busy working on more simplified sizing. It varies by style, but you’ll be in good hands with our quick Fit Quiz. Three simple questions will get you to your perfect size. Stay tuned! We’re here for you. How do I wash my Garnis?
For our sheer tights, we recommend you hand-wash (cold water) and air dry them. We know, not as easy as tossing them into the wash, but they’ll last a lot longer, so it’s worth the extra step. Our opaque tights can handle machine washing, on the delicate setting. Time-saving tip: if you have multiple pairs, you can toss in a whole load. Wash in cold water with like colors, and always air dry.
Will you be adding more sizes?

When will you release new colors?
New colors rock. To make sure you’re in the loop when the latest shades are released, get on our mailing list. You’ll be the first to know when they come out. We promise.
What’s up with the pouches?
Our unique pouch-style packaging protects your tights from catching on things in your drawer. Or if you already have a drawer system in place, it also cleverly doubles as makeup bag, or a place to stash hair ties or jewelry – all those little impossible-to-find things that tend to end up at the bottom of your handbag.
The tights I want are sold out!
Our colors are made in small batches, and refreshed seasonally, which means there’s always something new to look forward to. If it’s a classic color that caught your eye, sit tight – we’ll replenish those soon. To find out when the pair you’re looking for will be back in stock, simply select your size and color preference, and the in-stock date will appear. We’ll also alert you via email. Any plans for kids’ tights?

Orders and Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to drop us a line via email at hello@trygarni.com
We only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm Eastern time or over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, so if you need them faster, select Two Day or Next Day shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to fulfill orders pronto, so once you hit Submit Order, delivery is in the works. That said, if you mistakenly ordered the wrong thing, please send an email to hello@trygarni.com, and we’ll find a good solution. If you’re just having second thoughts, hang on until you can give them a try. We think you’ll love them, and if you don’t, you can always return or exchange them for free within 30 days of purchase.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. And here’s some more good news: returns and exchanges? Also free.
Which carriers do you use and how long does shipping take?
If you chose our Standard shipping, your order will be sent via USPS or UPS Ground. If you opted for Two-day or Next Day shipping, it will be sent via UPS. As a general heads-up, expedited orders aren't shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, so please be sure to plan accordingly.
There is no expedited option for PO Box addresses, so if you have a PO Box address, please select Standard shipping.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S. only. While we aren’t set up for mailing internationally, we’re up for seeing if there’s a way to get them to you. (Who knows, maybe we’ll hand deliver – any excuse to travel, right?) Drop us a line at hello@trygarni.com and tell us where you live. We will try to make it work!

Why are there powder spots on my tights?
Nothing to worry about, the light dusting is intentionally added inside the pouch to prevent sticking and damaging the product. If you do happen to see it, simply brush it off or use a damp paper towel to wipe it away.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We suspect it’ll be love at first wear, but if you’re still not convinced after 30 days, you can return your tights for free with no questions asked, even if you’ve worn them chasing your dog who escaped in the park, or climbing the steps of an ancient pyramid.

What do you do with used tights that are returned?
We never re-sell tights! Ew. Instead, we’re working closely with our factory to recycle them.
When can I expect my refund?
Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund.

Where do your yarns come from?
We do our best to source fibers domestically, but in the spirit of transparency, know that our waistbands and a few other components come from Asia.
Where are Garni tights made?
We make Garni in one of the last few standing hosiery mills. Located outside of Raleigh/Durham, NC, it’s an incredible factory committed to producing textiles of unrivaled quality. You’ll see it in the details. After each Garni pair is crafted, it’s flat-seamed by hand to ensure long life.
What’s with the name?
Garni is a small village in Armenia, near the place where Elina (our founder) briefly lived as a refugee. When she finally went back and strolled the markets, she was struck by the pride these artisans took in their craftsmanship – pointing out the precise details of her rugs, or the intricate needlework on a handbag or linens. There’s a rare authenticity and integrity in that, and it drew her to their work. We founded Garni with that same sense of care and purpose. That integrity is foundational to our brand and present in everything we do.
How is your design approach different?
We believe in everyday tights you can wear anywhere and everywhere. We’re not about impossible-to-breathe-in control top shape wear. We don’t believe in saving tights for special occasions only. We make durable, ultra-comfortable tights you can live in.
